  • 1 cup (250 ml) unsweetened almond milk.
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed berries.
  • 1-2 large handfuls of baby spinach.
  • 1 tbsp Almond Butter
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
